Thank goodness Jefferies has provided a post quibbling about something other than the patent, but as daveg points out, the article he criticizes is hardly misleading. It is a very broad article about all sorts of water pollution in China that touches on surface and underground water, drinking and river water, chemical runoffs, overuse of fertilizers and pesticides. Phoslock is not mentioned at all, but it says that the Chinese government is planning to invest a lot of money addressing these areas, so they may benefit from those sort of initiatives.

Sounds pretty accurate to me and even agrees with Jefferies' big reveal that its a marine algae. Nothing misleading.
