Thanks Timoshev, you saved me hunting around for where I'd seen something similar. The significance of increased power usage in China hasn't sunk in I don't think, this comment from that article has to be seen as IDL positive:

"Power consumption will continue to pick up in the fourth quarter as the country's economy is witnessing a sound recovery,"

The mergers of unsafe coal mines with larger coal producers in China should pick up steam in the coming months/year, IDL's clients are the larger producers almost "told" by the Chinese Gov that they will be doing this and making the mines safe.

Funny buggers being played again with the sp, when these guys have their fill I reckon they will let it run.
