You'll find the Verte Group is the chinese involvement. Things will move pretty quickly once that is announced. There are a stack of announcements around the world for groups getting fertilizer mines going. Since MAK is in bed with the Verte group and are happy with the deal, they are unlikely to be searching around for new suitors. It is the quiet period before serious announcement happen in Jan/Feb.
