Lazy property speculators backd by a frighteningly inept Govt at all levels have wrecked a once quasi industrious country.
In Melbourne, the second most failed state in Australia (ignoring Tasmania of course), no cars are made anymore, the Boeing aircraft factory has been shut down and sent to India etc etc BUT it still has a property 'boom'.
How can you have a property 'boom' when industrys are closing down you may ask?
