Would ARU's exports to USA Rare Earths LLC for processing at Round TOP Texas be deemed as elements from within USA ?
I would think yes and therefore this proposed bill will be beneficial to ARU and ARU has an MOU with USA Rare Earths LLC
Round Top is in Texas and Ted Cruz is senator for texas since 2013....
