I note that Linc have their first court date tomorrow at the local Chinchilla CPS. As it is their first court appearance, it is normal procedure for the Magistrate to only have it for 'mention only' on the day,ie inquire if the defendant will be pleading guilty or not guilty and if so a further court date would be nominated. I will be anxious to see if Linc apply to have the matter dismissed then and there on the spot, as was widely discussed here on the forum.
Will be disappointed if Linc do not release an announcement, either way.
