It outlines the chain of events that lead to Linc's court case. It basically concludes that the material seized under the warrant was obtained illegally and had to be returned. That being the case, it would seem that Linc will have no case to answer at Chinchilla tomorrow. It stands to reason that if the material they were relying on, has had to be returned they certainly won't be able to use it in court. Personally I would rather have seen Linc prove the charges wrong and not winning by default.
