This should be news that all shareholders should know.
I told Mr Pursell that. In fact I asked him in a roundabout way if the news about the Chinese was going to expire without shareholders being told what happened to the March/April Chinese visit we were told in earlier news. This was his response below verbatim.

I am sure you are able to write to him at [email protected] as well, or phone the company and get the same news .....

I certainly hope that I am allowed to release this.

"Australian listed Public Companies operate under a system of continuous disclosure designed to keep shareholders fully informed at all times. We comply with these ASX requirements.

I could not promise (underlined) a Chinese visit - they decide for themselves. As it happens, they have accepted my invitation to visit Australia in early May 2007.

Jervois is an exploration company with some gold production (about 10kg per month). We report our results when we get them. Exploration for metals is high risk and you should not assume that we will always be successful.
