You make an interesting point. Instead of being able to 'pickup the land and take it home' are they simply able to take possession of it (i.e. 'move in')? What have 'our' political class signed into 'law' in this regard or what 'international agreements' have they capitulated to that gives our sovereignty to foreign governments??
