Even if the "Chinese are at young and luv it" I would not necessarily expect an announcement this week regarding a joint venture. Been a large Chinese corporation, I would expect those visiting Young would be expected to write a report on their visit with their recommendation when they return to China for people higher up in their organisation to give their final approval. The MOU gave the Chinese six months to make a decision from January 2007.
