    That company has 30billion tonnes of coal - this is merely a sign of goodwill lol. If Linc can make fuel for the Chinese using this technology, the Govt can stop spending the billions it does on importing it. Don't forget the Chinese and Indian governments subsidise crude oil. This technology is like a godsend to them.
