I don't think "large insto's" are going to invest in a stock with a MC of $21 M. It's more about the cautious disposition of Aussie investors to Chinese assets. A more proactive approach to marketing the business to more sophisticated 'brokers/investors' could help them to become more comfortable with a stock and create more interest. If you look at the volume it would take very little 'serious' interest to move the SP significantly.
Interesting that NNW are seeking a US listing where they believe a more sophisticated market will better value the company. Given some of the PE valuations that the US market operates on for tech companies it seems a justified decision (in the case of NNW). Let's not go down the path of 'SBB should list in the states'. lol.
