chinese banks look to refinance cnp

As has been discussed on this forum i still understand that a series of Chinese Banks are in negotiations with Centro Properties to refinance its debt at significantly lower rates and lower margins - hence the delay with 'capital restructural transaction'.. Centro Shareholders Association has verified this in its monthly/ quarterly newsletter. The refinancing talks have been held by China CITIC Bank, Bank of China and the Fortis Bank..
Nothing has yet been confirmed but certainly interesting times ahead.

    Good luck to Centro Shareholders
