The delay in getting environmental approvals probably isn't helping because the mungada DSO component keeps getting put back and that was going to provide some handy cash flow next year. Initially it was going to be 2008, then Q1 2009 but who knows when that will start.
You'd reckon it would be more like H2 2009 at the earliest.
