Stokes got into IOH fairly early - I can't remember the cost of his initial buy-in per share but remember there was a 1:1 cap raising at about $1.50 (I can't remember the exact price) and Stokes gobbled up his full entitlement so he Certainly wouldn't be looking to lose money.
Also remember our MD has a package heavily weighted in options and he needs at least $1.60+ to be in the money.
I don't think there is much risk of Stokes selling anything below $2.00 although stranger things have happened I think we are safer than most languishing juniors.
For example, it's (IMHO) only a matter of time until a predator swoops on AGO and they don't have a 51% holder to fend off an aggressive buyer.
