This can seem like really interesting news and has potential, but if I was IOH management, it would be "steady as she goes".
Its much better to have your destiny in your own hands.
We've all seen "potential" come and go, but from what I remember, a long term average C1 cost of $48 per ton, lets see how it can be improved on.
