I'm not intending to take Albanese's part, so don't read into my post what isn't there.....

but. diplomacy with such thin-skinned and precious people as the Chinese govt, who must have a face the size of the moon ( )...... so of course its not diplomacy to react to what China's Premier says.

inferiority? perhaps they feel they've been treated as inferiors by the attempts at turning China into a Euro or UK colony for many years..... and they always had a fear of foreigners.
