Xi Jinping is making a big mistake by threatening so many countries at the same time. China is on everyone's radar now. Five years ago I'd start a thread on the China threat and tumbleweeds would roll down the forum. No one cared. The new trade routes, territorial expansion, debt traps for developing countries, pressure or corruption of UN or international bodies, international clashes, disappearance of citizens and new social control measures - no warning seemed to get through.
Xi Jinping was literally telling China that they were going to rule the world (be the "Middle Kingdom") and the year by which it would happen (2049) and we were taking no notice of what he was threatening.
We're taking notice now, so let's get on with pushing back at China's bullyboy tactics.
