Thanks Chubbito, I seriously think there is little chance that PLV management will accept an offer less than or equal to the market cap of the company as it stands .
I can only speculate that once the corporate acquisition ball starts rolling it will become apparent to any interested party that a full takeover of PLV is going to be cheaper than dealing with BHP, RIO, FMG for their spot price iron . At a $3 takeover price they would secure the current jorc and benific ore (PLV 15 million tonnes) at $15.80 per tonne . That is before further assay results come in within weeks .
