Geo..ive been trying to buy a bussiness for months, agents barely return my calls and just dont care for small fries like me.
This has changed alot (in my experience) since say 10 years ago.
I think alot of this has gone over many peoples heads and lets not cry "we are being invaded etc" but lets face it..Asians have the money, and they are getting preferance and also changing the market in many ways that are not obvious on the surface.
