They are not just buying here ..they are buying all over the world .

FIRB regulations have changed , it is now not only new properties , although my personal opinion is that it should have remained " new only " ..but as stated , we are pumpimg though forieng investment these days .

We have a consultant who purely looks after this end and he sells many .. All over Australia .

Wealthy Chinese are very keen to get some money into Australia , they like the facts that Australia is considered " safe " , stable government , stable property market , regulated system , limited land releases , they like the australian market , plus the location and the way business is done .

I cannot disagree strongly enough with someone who wrote that they should only be looking at the wonderful USA ...lol lol , believe me , this is the last thing they need , far better to be invested in Australian property .

This thread shouild really be under " property " ..not general .
