Dont be concerned ..They are NOT stupid , they all buy " subject to FIRB approval " ..if they dont get approval , It doesn't settle ..quite simple .
We dont need the likes od " A current affair " ..gutter television to state the obvious . There is NO glut to come onto the market , Its just international purchasers understanding the stability of the Australian market ..speaking generally .
