Let me put it this way ... I have done 100s of these sales over the past 5 years , over this time the rules have changed , Its become much easier for overseas investors .
I can also say " With hand on heart " , these are the most Solid sales you ever get , I have never had even one FALLOVER ..never in my experience .
Over the 5 years , I have however had many many many local buyers Fallover , no matter how well you screen them .
Foriegn Sales for the seller , are pretty much ALWAYS rock solid .. they dont want to mess around , the only condition inserted is FIRB , this is because FIRB requests that they insert it .
