Xstrata will not want to give their IP to the Chinese.
PGI have very little IP apart from human capital knowledge - which can easily move (PGI have zero trademarks, zero patents etc.), hence they had to get in Xstrata to give them advice - for the insulation, extra tank etc.
They appear to have stopped using the word 'IF', like Paul100 and are being more forthright with their predictions - 8 years of promises - we will see....
