It is ironic that I am often accused of being negative by the same people trashing their own Board for achieving what is truly a remarkable outcome. But given a number of people here haven't understood the difference between management and non-exec directors, or that a Board's job is to maximise shareholder value rather than stick blindly to a single strategy regardless of changing circumstances then maybe that's no surprise.

Whereas from the clarity of your assessments you have had either significant corporate and/or banking experience. I have very much enjoyed reading your SDL posts.
