If KFE mgt were dynamic and had a year ago gained and sured up a nearby coal tenement and got on with the Kogi project, instead of constant procrastinating, then the State govt of Cross River may had awarded that contract to Australian KFE company, instead of the Chinese.
Minister Dr Fayemer has also recently announced small mining companies in Nigeria are eligible for a US $280,000 loan at 5%. Thats got to be better then Bergan deal. However still too small to pay for Minteks fee nevermind Tenovas fee
