That concentrate price SEEMS high but when one takes into account the fact that the smelter HAS to lock in a guaranteed supply over a year then they must have to pay some kind of premium for this right.
It happens with other long term offtake/contracts particularly with tantalum(which Ive done a bit of research into)which often asks a 50% premium to lock in 300,000lb+ contracts going forward 3-5 years.
