FM is supposedly worth $400m with a capital raising
of $4m and they will acquire projects.

Do they acquire these projects by allocating any or some of the remaining 800 million 40c shares (1billion less 10% to gcn and 10% to the ministry)or is it 1billion shares plus new shares for these projects.
