I agree with you that this announcement is infact a good one.
But to be honest in this market no one really cares.
The confidence of investors has literally been sapped dry.
I would suggest the lack of interest in the GCN news is a relection of how most people are feeling at the moment.
This market is as bad as I can remember it ever being.
The GFC was horrendous but it was a quick death.
This feels like the death of a thousand cuts.
Many announcements are largely being ignored across many sectors.
The involvement of certain parties becoming shareholders will no doubt be a good thing in the upcoming float.
It will open up many doors to future projects being vended in. So from that point I am pretty happy.
So for the moment I remain a patient shareholder.
