Jefferies2 to put your mind at ease, because this company will be registered on the ASX they must have at least 2 competent Australian directors on the board and it would make sense to have directors of the country that you will be working in.
So I am happy the company has the involvement of these 2 qualified Chinese directors.
If they can help stear the compmay through all of the compliances that must be met and also the legal process that must be adhered to, it can only be advantageous for all shareholders to benefit.
It is only a matter of time before the prospectus will be available for everyone to read.
Then we will know who will be the Australian directors.
I don't know if that makes you feel more comfortable.
Personally I am fairly relaxed at this point in time.
If one becomes really uncomfortable then the option to sell is always available.
