    P2,How can it be advantageous for all shareholders
    to benefit.
    What has it got to do with GCN after the cut off date.
    At least GUL floated AHQ and is substantial holder
    so all s/holders benefit.
    In the meantime GCN living on borrowed money and Richard spending it with no benefit to anyone with less then
    250000 gcn.
