BHP already has a JV with "China" - Wheelarra JV over their Jimblebar mine (Wuhan, Maanshan, and Hebei Steel)
RIO has a JV with "China" - over their Parabadoo mine (Baosteel), Channar mine (Sinosteel), and of course the Simandou JV (Chinalco)
FMG already has Chinese ownership with 14.54% owned by Valin. In addition, FMG is potentially under foreign control if it defaults on its junk bonds (unlikely right now).
