Seems a bit opportunistic that Chinese Iron traders destroyed the price of Iron and then China try to acquire stakes in foreign Fe companies. Guess they learned from the best.... the western banks who regularly destroy markets and businesses to profit from the resulting volatility and carnage.
Maybe it's a mistake getting into a free trade agreement?
