    China is going to need to buy and stockpile Platinum, Palladium etc if it is going to tighten it's pollution from trucks etc. The Chinese are not going to put up with poison air for very long. The other option for them is to buy into a under priced PGM orebody like NKWE.
    Then wield some clout and get it moving.
