Investors who rely on disclosure from an Australian listed company to make their investment decision is well advised to rely on their instinct, gut feel and horse sense.

Nobody including an institutional investor such as M&G challenges this company's past guidance or disclosures. I guess they would have consulted their legal advisor(s). It must have been futile. I am scratching my head as to how Acorn decided to invest into this company.
