    Bilateral trade (read asia) may(?) see the yuan being used as a defacto reserve currenct, Although even the Yen did not achieve such a status in its heyday.

    China is a house of cards. I'm betting that we will return to less than AUD 0.68 per USD and AU at over USD1800poz, within 18 months.

    Dividend paying Oz gold stocks will be an 'interesting', although volatile investment.

    PS the US will probably do to China what it did to Japan in the mid 90s. It's all about technological leadership.
