The latest is Warwick Davies will continue to procrastinate untill he has retired from RMI its a lot easier to do nothing than to try doing something and be called a failure.
Personally I doubt if you will ever see a single ton of iron ore go through the Wyndham port the ore is too high in SiO2 and sulpher to smelter anyway as it will just oxidise the furnaces.
As to WOWo lots of laterite Ni but very low grade and remote even by New G standards
