The problem with the Chinese situation is precisely the point you've raised - exports.
Can they sustain current growth from their exports? NO and this is of course supported by the most recent export data.
Can China maintain current growth on domestic demand alone - NO and once again this is supported by the latest data.
The disconnect that everyone believes China can make away from having to rely on exports to the US, Europe and Japan to internal demand hasn't occurred, nor will it IMO.
Think big picture jb, the signs are already there that China is in trouble. For example check out the off-balance sheet lending issues amongst their rubbery figures.
