That may well be it Timoshev - about $11Billion in stockpiled copper at ~$3/lb, assuming they have stockpiled all of the 119% increase. Not much compared to the 2.5trillion in reserves, but they appear to be buying like mad across numerous sectors.
Who knows, it could go for years if they want out of the USD in a meaningful way. But it will end eventually. If it does and global demand hasnt returned, then we're in trouble.
