Both Liberal and Labor MPs are up to their eyeballs in RE.
So I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for any of them to introduce policy that results in lower prices.
As for the Greens: if they ever govern they will ban any further broad-acre subdivisions so the price of freehold land will skyrocket.
