    Given China's current manufacturing capabilities and its stash
    of foreign currency & Gold, it is capable
    of building a formidable Navy (Subs, Warships & Aircraft Carriers)
    within the next 20 years to match that of the US.

    IMO its "no limits" Russian alliance benefits it in that respect
