China has been preparing itself economically to
deal with this kind of US back door economic sanctions
in the form of its BRI and later its strengthening of the
BRICS, The Ukraine War has simply accelerated the
consolidation of the BRICS trade wise and seeking
an alternative to the USD to balance trade,

It will be interesting to see how it all pand out, IMO,
but IMO in the shorter term China will come out on top
