There have been many reports of buildings, bridges and all manner of construction simply falling down
It appears that with so many bushiness being operated from sheds, garages and in total independence the authorities although they are very strict with the political side of stuff they do not care or it is not in their DNA to control business in a business like manner IMHO the hierarchy are basically dinosaurs and incapable of the move to capitalism
