    Got a response from ionic. Indicated they are working on the IPO and that shareholders will be updated shortly. Also indicated that at a critical time for the company they must remain careful about information disclosure, so that's all the details I was getting, no hard time frames etc - which is fair enough.

    We continue to wait.
