Mefish, do you think we'll complete the BFS before 2020? We just need the NTA signed, I'm hoping that's not too much to ask. (sarcasm)

The way I see it there are a few possible scenarios here.

1/  We have unbelievably incompetent management.

2/  Management is stalling for some reason (hope it's in ALL shareholder's best interests).

3/  We're deliberately being screwed by agencies that are required to act in good faith.

4/  Something we haven't been told about.

Could also be any combination of the above.
