Chinese eyeing Utah Point / South West Creek

Gossips and speculation heard recently (unsubstantiated) the Chinese are looking at consolidating AGO and BCK's port allocation for a combined 60MTA that may or may not also be related to Baosteel's WPIOP and MINRES's low capex mono-rail freight solution that will be China designed, built and soon be tested.

Also heard that a certain big IO player recently repackaging their debt may be also be throwing their hat in the ring.

Can't be more specific.

It's pure specualtion for now....but this couldn't be a better time for someone (especially the Chinese) to scoop up the lot.
