I doubt the electrolyte is that complex - Zinc and Bromine in a water solution of a specific concentration (preferably without the contaminants they had in one earlier batch). The electrode stack and how it is manufactured is where the IP lies.

As far as manufacture of the other components, and assembly/test, agree that Redflow would want to oversee, and include the ISO 9000 quality assurance it is moving towards in Thailand.
