I think with China you just factor in the fact that ultimately the IP will be stolen and there won't be anything that can be done about it.
Just make sure they only ever get the second best battery ? Probably not realistic.
If they decide to go for it RFX just has to make as much as it can out of it. If Chinese govt. owned business decides to throw resources at it RFX wont be able to match it, have to go with it.
