oh wow, parking money in assets is one ting , but parking it in property with no use makes me wonder what happens when the other chinese people realise that it has a value of very little.
as any asset will be worth what others choose to pay for it, but if the buildings are not being used, have no chance to get tenants, and are in out of the way places, then the realisation will be startling when it happens
