After watching Commsec for over a year and what appeared to me to be unholy closeness to the inside working of what was going on inside Lynas, I am still puzzled as to why the LVR on Lynas was increased from a total cap to 40% in what could only have been the last week or so. Anyone have any confirmation on this?
